Levels of Learning
The diagram above represents the idea that learning to interact and work with individuals with autism spectrum disorders requires multiple levels of training, ranging from didactic (i.e., lecture based) experiences to hands-on application to ongoing coaching and mentoring experiences. Since we believe strongly that learning needs to occur in multiple ways, multiple settings, and with multiple individuals, we have developed our program to address these various levels of learning.
